I have a 7 bay self serve car wash located in Columbus Indiana. It received 5 feet of flood water in June of 2008. The location is not in flood zone and I did not have flood insurance. I got zero help from FEMA and a little help from the City on tax relief. We cleaned and rebuilt everything that we could. I called into work for three days straight to work on the car wash. We got no help from anyone cleaning and repairing. It was the worst experience of my life.

That's terrible. What would you have done differently if you could wind back the clock?
